On this page, you'll find all the information you need as a tenant with us. This page will guide you through the expectations and responsibilities that you, as a tenant, carry, as well as those that we uphold.

Tenant portal

As a tenant, you'll receive login credentials for the R56 tenant portal. In this tenant portal, you'll have direct access to your contact information, you can check your current balance in the financial overview, and you can submit and manage maintenance requests.

Repairs and Maintanance

If you encounter any issues, you can contact us via the tenant portal.

In case of serious emergencies outside office hours until 10:00 PM, you can call the emergency number 06 2874 8996 (only reachable for tenants). Please note that charges may apply for this service. 

Lease Termination

You can only terminate your lease when the minimum rental period has passed and you adhere to the notice period specified in the lease agreement. We will process the termination, and you will receive a response from us as soon as possible. The termination is only valid when signed by all tenants and R56.
